I ordered a sweater and a pair of trousers from Ami Paris, and the quality felt good. The fit was the issue for me though. The sweater was a little too "boxy," and the trousers were tighter than I expected. It wasn’t a bad experience, just a bit hard to figure out the right size when ordering online. I might give them another try, but only if the returns process was a little "easier."

The site is definitely clean and easy to look at, but it feels a bit too plain to me. There’s a lot of empty space, and the clothes don’t really stand out as much as I expected. I guess I was hoping for something a little more fun or full of personality from the brand.

I was actually excited when this arrived because it looked really nice right out of the package. I tried it on thinking it was going to be one of those easy wins, but after wearing it for a few minutes, the fabric started to feel scratchy against my skin. It also had that slightly cheap feel to it, which was disappointing because the style itself was cute. I wanted to like it, but comfort-wise it just didn’t work for me.

I had an issue with my order, so I reached out to customer service. They did respond, but it kind of felt like copy-and-paste replies, you know? I had to ask the same question twice before getting anywhere, which was frustrating. It wasn’t the worst experience, but for the price, I feel like the support should’ve been more helpful. Am I wrong for expecting a bit more?

The order itself was fine and all that, but the shipping took way longer than I expected. I ended up waiting almost two weeks for it, which was kind of frustrating.

I bought a hoodie and after just a few washes, the stitching already started coming loose. For the price, I expected it to hold up way better. I had such a frustrating time trying to pay on amiparis.com. My card got declined twice, even though my bank told me everything was fine on their end, so I was just sitting there wondering what I was supposed to do. Then after trying PayPal, the page froze after the redirect, which made me nervous because I didn’t know if I’d been charged or not. The order did eventually go through later, but I didn’t get a clear confirmation for a while, which was really annoying. I like the clothes, but the checkout experience wasted my time and made the whole purchase feel way more stressful than it should have.

I bought from amiparis.com and it was fine overall, nothing dramatic, but the checkout part felt a bit slower than I expected. But then the confirmation email came through after a few minutes, so it was all good in the end. Not a bad experience at all, just one of those little things where the site could feel a bit smoother

I ordered a black Ami t-shirt in a medium, but what showed up was a navy one in small, so it wasn’t even close to what I picked. The package itself looked totally fine, which made it more confusing because the order was just wrong. I contacted customer service and they did reply after a few days asking for photos, which I sent over, but I would’ve appreciated a little more reassurance that they were going to sort it out quickly since it was clearly a mistake on their end. I do like the brand, but for the price, I expected the order to be checked more carefully. Not the best first experience ordering from amiparis.com.

Every time I tried shopping here, my size was already gone!! It got really frustrating after a while because I kept finding things I liked but couldn’t actually buy them.

It looks legit to me!! The tags felt okay too... nothing seemed off or weird??? Overall, I’m happy with it!!!

I had to return a sweater because the sizing was a bit off. Getting the return label was really easy, and my refund came through after about a week. It wasn’t super fast, but it wasn’t a huge issue. I do wish the updates were a little clearer along the way, though.

I paid extra for faster shipping because I needed this package in time for my plans, and it still arrived late. Totally messed up what I had scheduled, which was really frustrating. i don’t see myself ordering this way again

I bought this sweater hoping it would feel a bit more premium, especially for the price, but after wearing it twice I started noticing the stitching coming loose. The fabric also feels thinner than I expected, which kind of fits with the overall pattern I’m seeing here, it just doesn’t feel as well-made as it should. I really thought the craftsmanship would be better, so I’m disappointed.

I was expecting better quality for what I paid, but it actually felt a bit disappointing. It’s not terrible, but for the price, I don’t think it really matches up.
